Text message policy

How we get your consent. Customers give us their mobile number and sign a written consent line on the rental possession receipt at the time of delivery. We do not text anyone who has not signed that consent.

What we send. Billing reminders, notice of a failed payment, delivery and service appointment confirmations, and account questions. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies, generally one to three messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
