Text message policy

How we get your consent. Customers give us their mobile number and either sign a written consent line on the rental possession receipt at the time of delivery, or check the consent box on our text message sign-up form. We do not text anyone who has not given one of these two forms of consent. Consent is not a condition of renting.

What we send. Billing reminders, notice of a failed payment, delivery and service appointment confirmations, and account questions. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies, generally one to three messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
