Joe's Washer & Dryer Rental rents washer and dryer sets to customers in the San Antonio area on a month-to-month basis. The specific equipment, monthly rate, due date, and responsibilities for each rental are stated on the rental possession receipt signed at delivery. The equipment remains our property at all times.
Rent is due monthly on the date shown on your receipt. We may send payment reminders and secure payment links by text or email. Late or missed payments may result in late fees or removal of the equipment as described on your receipt.

What you'll receive: billing reminders, secure payment links, notice of a failed payment, payment confirmations, and delivery or service appointment confirmations related to your rental. No marketing or promotional messages.
How you opt in: by providing your mobile number and any one of (1) signing the SMS consent line on our rental possession receipt at delivery, (2) checking the consent box on our online sign-up form at joeswasherdryerrental.com/sms, or (3) tapping the opt-in button on a personal text-reminder link that we send to the mobile number on your account.
